Dr. Zahir Muhammad Beihang University
Biography: He is working as an Associate Researcher, at Hefei research and Innovation Centre, Beihang University, China. He has completed a Ph.D. (Condensed Matter Physics) from the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, Anhui 230029, China (2015-2018). He had a two years Postdoc (in Optoelectronics) from the Department of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Shenzhen University, China (2019-2021). I also worked as Visiting Scientist at the Institute of Physics, Polish Academy of Science, Poland (01-2020-02-2021) Research Direction: Synthesis of 2D materials and crystals, Electronic and structural study using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), magnetic and phonon properties of 2D materials. Recently, he is working on the fabrication of 2D Electronic devices. He is also working on topological quantum materials using transport properties for topological investigation. He published more than 37 high impact factor papers including ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Nano Research, Advanced Materials, Advanced Electronic Materials, etc… With a citation of 709 since 2017 and an h-index of 13.
