Prof. Tarek Aly Elsayed Mataria Helwan University, Egypt
Biography: Tarek Aly Elsayed is a professor of characteristics and strength of materials, Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Mataria, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. He also is the V.P of the Universal University company, EHAF consulting Company. He was the Head of the Civil Engineering Department and the Vice Dean of the Higher institute of Engineering, Computer since, and Management, New Cairo, Egypt. He is a reviewer of ACI material and structures Journals. He is a member of the international editorial board of Kazan State University Journal. He was also a member of the editorial board of several international conferences. He got his BSc from Ain Shams University and got his MSc from Helwan University. His PhD degree was through a channel scholarship with Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, USA. He is a consultant engineer in designing RC structures. He also is an educational expert in establishing new private universities. He was the person in charge of the accreditation file of the faculty of Engineering at Mataria, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt.
