For All Attendees:

1. Please download the Updated Schedule Program and confirm that you will make the presentation in according to it. The authors who attend oral sessions should prepare PowerPoint or PDF files for presentation in English (about 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion). Other facilities will be provided by us.

2. Full papers will be sent for publication processing soon. Please upload your final paper and copyright for further processing.

3. Venue: Xi’ an Grand Dynasty Culture Hotel (西安古都文化大酒店)
Room reservation: RMB380/night (about USD60, including breakfast) 
Type: Superior Single (one big bed) and Standard Room (two beds)
If you have booked the room, please check in the hotel on time. If you have any updating or cancellation, please let me know ASAP.

4. The One Day Tour will be on August 23 and you can register for the tour upon your arriving on site.
Time: 7:00 am-18:30 pm, August 23
Place: Terra Cotta Warriors (兵马俑) and HuaQing Palace (华清宫)
Price: RMB360 (USD60) including lunch
Picking up: Hotel Lobby
NOTE: we will have the tour with other travel groups together and there is NO English tour guide. Our staff will come with you.
