| Title: A review of semiconductor science | |
| Abstract: The development of semiconductor electronics has given rise to interest in semiconductor physics and devices. The reason for the interest and some topics in semiconductor physics and semiconductor device, need to be expressed. Some observations on the low temperature property of semiconductor junction will be presented. Recent topics on 'fabrication of devices' will be spoken. | |
| Biography: Dr Snehadri Ota obtained M.Sc. (physics) degree with cryogenics elective from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, in 1980. After M.Sc. He carried out post-doctoral research on HTSC during 1988-91 in England and Germany. Dr Snehadri Ota was made Reader-F in 2010. | |
