| Biography: Yuri Menshikov. He received the degrees of Ph. D. in Applied Mathematics at Kharkov Polytechnic University, Ukraine on 1979. He is working in Dnepro University (Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty) from 1970 as Senior Researcher and Ac. Professor. Research interests of Yuri Menshikov include the control systems, differential equations, an inverse problems, mathematical modeling. He is the author and coauthor of two monographs and than 350 scientific papers in journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Yuri Menshikov is the reviewer of some journals: “Inverse Problems: Science and Engineering” USA;“Asian Journal of Mathematics and Computer Research”; “Journal of Basic and Applied Research International”;“British Journal of Mathematics & Computer Science”. In 2015 he was the member of scientific committee of conference European Control Conference (Denmark 2015), International Conference of Test, Measurements and Computational Methods (Thailand, 2015).
